At WeTease, we provide FREE shipping on every order! We also offer COD and gift wrapping. If you need extra discreet or expedited delivery, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Once your order is dispatched by our trusted delivery partners, you’ll get a notification via text or email. Delivery Timeframe
We aim to ship out orders promptly. Typically, you can expect:
- 24 business hours for order preparation (for prepaid orders)
- 1-3 business days for delivery to major cities
- 5-7 business days for deliveries to non-metro areas
Delivery times may vary depending on your pincode and external factors. We collaborate with reliable delivery partners to ensure timely shipments. Metro locations generally receive faster deliveries, while remote areas might take a bit longer. We strive to meet deadlines as much as possible.
Return Policy
Your health, pleasure, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Our products undergo thorough quality checks, and all orders are inspected before shipping. In the rare case that there’s an issue with your product and you need a refund or replacement, we’re here to help.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened, partially used, or tampered items.
If you wish to request a return or refund:
- Submit your request within 48 hours of receiving your package and include your Order ID.
- You may need to share images or video of the product to confirm its condition.
- If your return is approved, we will guide you through the refund or exchange process.
- Note that all return shipping costs will be your responsibility (Rs.75 for the initial shipping, Rs.150 for return shipping and handling).
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll assist you in processing the exchange.
Late Returns and Unacceptable Conditions
Items are only eligible for return/refund if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. If the product is opened, used, or the seal is broken, the return will be denied.
What Happens When I Return a Product?
You will either receive a refund (minus shipping and gift wrapping charges, if applicable) to your original payment method or a gift card with store credit. Please specify your preferred option.
How Long Will It Take to Process My Refund?
Once we receive the returned product at our fulfillment center, it will be inspected by our quality control team. If the return is approved, we’ll notify you via email. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item hasn’t been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you can initiate a return as long as the original packaging remains unopened.
