At WeTease, we strive to ensure a smooth and discreet shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping, return, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Information
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) and gift wrapping options. If you require extra discreet packaging or expedited delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order is dispatched through our trusted delivery partners, you will receive shipment details via email or SMS. You may track your order using the order number or contact us at support@wetease.in for assistance.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed and shipped promptly. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Order preparation within 24 business hours for prepaid orders
- 1–3 business days for delivery to major cities
- 5–7 business days for delivery to non-metro and remote areas
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Return Policy
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that are opened, used, partially used, tampered with, or have a broken seal.
Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect products delivered.
To request a return or refund:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Share your Order ID and supporting images or videos if requested
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process
- Return shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer (₹75 for initial shipping and ₹150 for return shipping & handling)
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only for unopened, unused, and sealed products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to inspection and approval.
Late Returns & Unacceptable Conditions
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Products that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging will be rejected.
What Happens After a Return Is Approved
Once the returned product reaches our fulfillment center and passes inspection, you may choose either:
- A refund to the original payment method (after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges), or
- Store credit in the form of a gift card
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 15 days for the amount to reflect.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, a return request may be raised only if the product remains unopened and sealed.
